SUPER nylon hose couplings are designed for coupling blast hoses together or attaching the hose to the blast pot. Manufactured fro injection moulded fiber-reinforced nylon. All couplings are identical, ensuring they accurately couple together every time. The special shape of the gasket extends the couplings durability. A built-in lock-spring on the couplings keep the couplings securely connected.
Working temperature range: -40℃~+80℃

SUPER brass hose couplings are designed for coupling blast hoses together, or to coupe the blast hose to the blast pot abrasive metering valve. Manufactured from tough corrosion resistant braze are preferred when longer lasting couplings. Will not rust when left outside for extended periods. Brass quick couplings with high impact on surfaces work and avoid changing out frequently in a harsh environment.

SUPER cast iron hose couplings are designed for coupling of blast hoses together, or to couple the blast hose to the blast pot abrasive metering valve. Manufactured from cast iron they are ideal for use in extremely harsh environments where there is the likehood of damage from other plant or machinery. The snap together design ensures quick, secure joining of mating couplings. Raised internal rings aid in preventing air leakage and increase hose to coupling gripping force.

SUPER aluminum hose couplings are designed for coupling blast hoses together or attaching the hose to the blast pot. Manufactured from tough, precision injection moulded aluminum are widely used for joining section of hose together. Aluminum quick couplings are lightweight and don’t bind to aluminum threaded nozzles and stand up to most weather conditions and daily use.
